Delivery methods
Express
Air-priority couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Fastest option with full door-to-door tracking.
5–10 business days
Standard
A balance of speed and cost using postal-linked air services. The most popular choice.
10–20 business days
Economy
Sea-and-land or economy air freight for heavy or non-urgent parcels. The lowest cost per kilo.
15–30 business days
Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch and exclude customs clearance time. Exact rates and ETAs are quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping costs
International shipping is priced by chargeable weight — the greater of a parcel’s actual weight and its volumetric (dimensional) weight. Bulky-but-light items are therefore priced on size. You always see the exact freight quote before you pay to ship.
The single best way to save is consolidation: merge several orders into one shipment and pay international freight once instead of per parcel. Our shipping estimator on the homepage gives a quick ballpark before you commit.
Customs, duties & taxes
You are the importer of record. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are set by your destination country and are not included in the AJBuy freight quote. We declare shipments accurately and can provide documentation, but the final assessment is made by your local customs authority.
Some items are restricted or prohibited by carriers or destination countries. We may decline to ship anything unlawful, dangerous, or non-compliant with carrier rules.
