Ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped items—such as wipers, automotive dampers, and similar products—may be particularly vulnerable to scratches, deformation, or breakage during transportation.

AJBuy will inspect the visible condition of these products before shipment and provide suitable packaging when available. However, if a logistics provider classifies an item as fragile or refuses compensation for damage, the customer may be required to bear the resulting loss.
